Day Baking Classes in Johor Bahru

Not ready for a full diploma? Our day baking classes are single, hands-on sessions perfect for hobbyists, home bakers, and anyone who wants to try our teaching before enrolling. We keep classes deliberately small, so every student gets real, individual instructor time, not a lecture demo, and leaves having actually baked, not just watched.

We're in Ulu Tiram, about 10 minutes from Mount Austin, an easy stop whether you're spending the day in Johor Bahru or crossing over from Singapore. You'll train in the same professional kitchen used by our diploma students, under the direction of Chef Hang, our Lead Instructor, who has personally designed the Sultan of Johor's official birthday cakes for years.
