From our first hello in June 2026 to the October intake, the first months of Pastry Art Academy, told month by month.
Welcome to Pastry Art Academy
We introduce ourselves to Johor Bahru as a professional baking and pastry school, with diploma programmes and short courses in a kitchen about 10 minutes from Mount Austin.

Diploma enrolment opens
The Level 2 Diploma opens for enrolment, taught in small classes with no baking experience needed, and the first weekend classes and student pieces follow.
- Level 2 Diploma in Baking and Patisserie opens for enrolment
- Weekend class: Korean strawberry rose wafer-paper cake
- Students' gingerbread houses, designed on paper first
- Students' chocolate tarts
Mooncakes, and a fully booked taster class
A packed month: weekend and parent-and-child classes, mooncakes for Mid-Autumn, and a Diploma taster class that was fully booked.
